Basic Items

Rinuvo offers a 30-day warranty beginning the original date of shipment - this warranty extends only to you, the original buyer, and is non-transferable (warranty valid only within the 48 continental United States).

Data recovery is not included under this Warranty, and Rinuvo is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or repair.

Our refurbished devices contain used batteries - we guarantee that the included lithium-ion battery will function, but cannot guarantee its life or longevity (due to a number of incalculable factors), and do not cover battery life under this warranty.

Tech Support

While under our warranty, technical support will be provided upon request (limited to original hardware, equipment, operating system, or other software installed by Rinuvo). Technical support cannot be provided for third-party hardware or software (such as peripheral devices and/or software not originally installed by Rinuvo), or hardware/software issues caused by user neglect.

Repairs/Returns

This warranty covers applicable hardware against functional defects that are not covered by the original manufacturer - if you receive a device that is damaged or malfunctioning, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the return is being processed due to having received a damaged or malfunctioning device - not applicable to repair requests). Orders returned for other reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
