
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 30-day parts and labor warranty from the original date of shipment. You may return your item(s) for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery. However, a 15% restocking fee will apply for any items returned for anything other than damaged or determined defective by our technical support staff.
The warranty by Rinuvo will provide Technical Support at no additional charge to you and guarantees that this item will not be DOA. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Technical Support is limited to original hardware and equipment operating system software installed by Rinuvo. This warranty covers the computer's hardware against functional defects that are not covered by the original manufacturer. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as peripheral and/or software installation assistance. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTY.
The warranty extends only to you, the original Purchaser, and is not transferable. This Warranty is valid only within the 48 contiguous United States. Data recovery is not included under this Warranty, and Rinuvo is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or repair.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We do not test laptop batteries, and have no way of knowing how long they will hold a charge. We guarantee the laptop will function utilizing the AC adapter included with your laptop purchase.
NOTE: New batteries can be purchased inexpensively from vendors on sites such as Amazon or eBay and will typically have around 2 hours of operating time on a full charge.
